OUR PURPOSE

Leave the earth, better.

Creating Canada’s most beautiful, affordable, and eco-friendly memorial places.

In today’s world, our values define our lives. They determine our decisions and identities as family members, consumers, and citizens. We believe they should also define our final mark on the world.

It’s time to Let Your Love Grow®.

After years of research and international partnerships we are giving Canadians a greener option for goodbye. Our organic soil amendment is the world’s only patented product that converts cremation ashes to living earth. Creating memorials that live on.

Question? Send us a note. We love what we do, and we’re happy to connect.

We support families of all situations and backgrounds, whether death has happened recently, long ago, or sometime in the future.

As advocated of equity and inclusion, we welcome inquiries from all faiths, ages, and orientations.

  • Personal memorial services made for your family, by our millennial Ministers. Send us a note to start planning, info@awake-canada.com.

  • You can plan a memorial or lay ashes to rest any time after death. Days, or even decades. Sometimes it can be time before you are ready—and that’s okay. Whenever it’s time, we’re here to talk you through it.

  • Wherever life leads, know you have a plan. Choose your ceremony style and resting place, and leave a legacy you can feel proud of. Email us to get started.

Where We Started

AWAKE launched in 2021 with a focus on making cremation interments more sustainable for the earth. With three-quarters of Canadians choosing ‘alternative’ dispositions, we believe everyone has the right to a greener goodbye.

Today, we help families and cemeteries across Canada create earth-friendly legacies that are sustainable, affordable, and beautiful.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
AWAKE is located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg of the Three Fires Confederacy. We pay respects to the generations of Indigenous Peoples who have been the stewards of this land for time immemorial, and the many who continue to live here today.

May we continue to care for this land, and honour the life that it gives us.
